What we collect - Your name, phone number and email address, if you give them to us. - The messages you send us on WhatsApp, or through our website or email. - Basic details WhatsApp provides with a message, such as the time it was sent. How we use it - To reply to your questions about our software, such as Mega-Net EHR Cloud and Mega-Net ERP Cloud. - To follow up on your enquiry and arrange demonstrations. - To keep a record of our conversations with you. Who we share it with We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our messaging and systems: WhatsApp (Meta) to send and receive messages, cloud hosting providers to store our records, and an AI service provider (Anthropic) that helps us draft replies. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us. How long we keep it We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Your choices and data deletion To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@meganetsoftware.com.ng from the address or with the phone number you used to contact us, and we will respond promptly. You can also stop receiving messages from us at any time by telling us to stop. Security We use access controls and secure hosting to protect your information.
